Tips on which shoes to invest in, especially for people moving into dorms (with limited space), people trying to stay on a budget, and people beginning to buy heels. This is pretty much the stuff I wish I had known before I bought certain shoes I ***never*** wear. Also helpful in terms of packing light and right.
